Please note that some items approved by Education Council also require a submission to the Board of Governors for approval. Examples of items that require Board approval are new programs, program revisions and any other items where Education Council provides advice to, or has joint-approval with the Board under the College and Institute Act. Please consult with the Education Council office to ensure your item has received full approval prior to its implementation.

The Board of Governors meets quarterly in . Submissions should be made by proposers through the appropriate committees, Education Council, and DQAB/PSIPS (if required) to ensure enough lead time for implementation, with all required reviews completed approximately one to two months prior to a scheduled Board meeting.
